Service Continuity: LeadGenPal is a tool designed to augment human effort. While the system operates at 99.9% uptime, the final fulfillment of the inspection and contract remains the responsibility of the human operator.
"The System" (LeadGenPal Engine): Refers to the proprietary, AI-driven autonomous architecture responsible for lead ingestion, verification, and algorithmic dispatch. The System operates without direct human intervention to ensure zero-latency routing.
"Lead Dispatch": The automated process by which a verified homeowner inquiry is transmitted to a designated Territory Specialist. Dispatch is deemed successful upon the electronic timestamp generated by the System.
"Territory Specialist": The independent contractor or agency authorized to receive Lead Dispatches within a specific geographic zone (defined by Zip Code or Radius).
"Zero-Friction Protocol": The agency’s operational standard of removing human bottlenecks from the marketing-to-sales pipeline, ensuring data integrity and speed-to-lead.
"System Status Dashboard": The interface or communication channel provided to Territory Specialists for the purpose of monitoring live lead flow and account standing.
1. SYSTEM AVAILABILITY & UPTIME The LeadGenPal Dispatch Engine [SYSTEM-01] is architected for 99.9% operational availability. To ensure peak performance, autonomous maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic periods (UTC 02:00-04:00). During these windows, lead capture remains active, while dispatch queuing may experience nominal latency.
2. ENGAGEMENT & DISPATCH LATENCY
Inquiry Engagement: The system is programmed to initiate the first engagement sequence with every valid inquiry within 60 seconds of capture.
Data Routing: Once a homeowner is verified through our digital qualification sequence, data is processed and routed to the matched Territory Specialist within 120 seconds. This ensures the "Zero-Friction" transition from intent to action.
3. DATA INTEGRITY & QUALITY PROTOCOL All lead data is encrypted and mirrored in real-time to prevent loss during contractor-sync protocols.
